Andrew Marr wrote and presented his own 'History of Modern Britain' for BBC2, which was hugely popular with viewers and won prestigious awards from the Royal Television Society and the Broadcasting Press Guild, and most recently a Bafta for Best TV Presenter.
Andrew is currently working on a second history series and various other documentary projects for BBC Television. We were all very pleased to welcome Andrew to the flying club where he spent the day with Mike Page working on a documentary film.
Below you well find pictures of Andrew and Mike preparing a flight plan for a trip along the Norfolk coast. Later that day they took the team to Happisburgh.

In the village of Happisburgh the team were welcomed by Malcolm Kerby. coordinator of the Coastal Concern Action Group. They then went on to film the erosion damage to the cliff and sea defences.
Andrew's documentary film will be on BBC Television later this year. ( details later)
I wish to send my regards and thanks to Andrew Marr and the team, and wish them a very successful series. Thanks also to Mike Page
